These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the legacymanager.net website and the Legacy Manager desktop application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Funny Old Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Funny Old Games and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our content without our prior written permission.
Legacy Manager may feature the names and likenesses of real-world football clubs, players, staff, and competitions. No person other than the developer and publisher of Legacy Manager commercially endorses or is associated or connected with it in any way. We make no claim to ownership of these real-world names.
Legacy Manager is available for purchase through Steam (operated by Valve Corporation). Your purchase and use of Legacy Manager through Steam is also subject to Steam's Subscriber Agreement and any other applicable Steam policies. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Legacy Manager may be offered as an Early Access title. Early Access software is still in development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. By purchasing an Early Access title, you acknowledge that:
If you submit any content to us (such as feedback, suggestions, or bug reports via email or social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and incorporate such content into our products and services without obligation to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funny Old Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Funny Old Games and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
