If you've seen a charge on your credit card, Paypal, or other payment method that you don't recognise, and you've been directed to this page, it's likely because you, or someone with access to your payment details, bought Legacy Manager through one of our distribution channels.

The first thing to do is check if you, or anyone with access to your payment details (a partner, child, sibling etc) has bought the game Legacy Manager.

on your statement. As long as it's for the price you paid for Legacy Manager, there is no need to worry, this will be us.

If someone has used your card without permission, that's obviosuly a problem. The first thing to do is contact your bank and tell them your card is being used without your permission.

Give them the email address [email protected] and tell them we'll be happy to work with them and give them any information we hold about the purchase (IP addresses, timestamps etc). We'll work with them, and the police (depending on the jurisdiction) to get this sorted out.

If you've bought the game, but decided it's just not for you, then drop us an email to [email protected] and we'll see what we can do. Submitting a false chargeback is a crime, and also makes our life much harder. We'd rather just work with you if you're not enjoying the game.
